Product description
This is a vintage decanter, made from Murano glass. The object is distinguished by its refined, satin finish that softly diffuses light. The combination of the spherical, lime-green base and the contrasting, deep purple-blue spherical stopper gives the design a striking and artistic character.
The decanter is hand-blown in Murano, Italy, a region renowned worldwide for its centuries-old tradition of glass art. The piece is entirely made of glass, with the satin texture obtained through a specific treatment process. The shape is minimalist yet expressive, with a round body transitioning into a slender neck, perfectly sealed by the heavy, well-fitting stopper.
The overall condition of the decanter is very good, in line with its vintage age. The satin finish is consistent across the entire surface and retains its original aesthetic quality. The glass has a beautiful clarity and the colors are still vibrant, testifying to the quality of the material used and the craftsmanship.
Thanks to its sculptural form and unique color combination, this decanter functions excellently as an autonomous decorative object. It is an elegant addition to a sideboard, a bar cart, or an open cabinet and fits seamlessly into both modern and classic interiors.
Condition: Vintage condition with a small flaw on the stem of the stopper only - see photo; barely visible in reality.
