This vintage Murano glass vase is a refined example of Italian glass design from the Mid-Century period. The object is distinguished by its geometric, faceted shape and the deep, layered coloration characteristic of the master glassblowers of Venice. Crafted from solid Murano glass, the vase displays a complex sommerso technique, in which a bright blue core is enclosed by a warm, amber layer and a transparent exterior. The clean, angular lines contrast beautifully with the organic, teardrop-shaped interior. The base features a handwritten inscription confirming its provenance. The object is in excellent vintage condition, with the clarity of the glass and the sharpness of the facets fully preserved. The original finish demonstrates the craftsmanship and care with which this piece has been preserved over the years.
