This is a vintage miniature version of the iconic Egg Chair, originally designed by the Danish designer/architect Arne Jacobsen. The item was produced by BRIO in Sweden in 1958. The object reflects the characteristic organic forms and flowing lines that have made the original design a cornerstone of Scandinavian modernism. The miniature is finished in a striking red color and rests on a silver-colored, cross-shaped metal base. The base is fully rotatable.
