Product description
This object is a vintage mid-century wall sculpture, expertly crafted from natural rattan. The piece depicts a stylized bull's head and is a characteristic example of the use of organic materials and zoomorphic forms in the design of that era.
The sculpture is entirely hand-woven from rattan, resulting in an intricate texture and a robust yet lightweight structure. The warm, natural brown tones of the material add an earthy touch to any room. Its three-dimensional form, with curved horns and defined facial features, creates a dynamic interplay of light and shadow on the wall.
Considering its age, the bull's head is in good, well-preserved condition. The rattan has developed a slight patina over time, which enhances its vintage character and contributes to its authenticity. The woven construction is intact and solid, showcasing the quality of the craftsmanship.
As a striking decorative element, this bull's head is ideal as a focal point in a living room, hallway, or office. It seamlessly integrates into Bohemian, Scandinavian, or eclectic interiors, adding texture and an artistic, natural aesthetic to walls.
