Product description
This is a robust industrial floor lamp by VEB Narva Leuchtenbau Leipzig, produced in the former German Democratic Republic (GDR). The design, often used as a military field lamp or workshop lighting, is characterized by a utilitarian form and a striking olive green color scheme.
The lamp is made of metal and features the original army green paint. The fixture rests on a collapsible tripod stand, which underscores the functionality and mobility of the design. An authentic nameplate on the shade confirms its origin and specifications. The lamp is equipped with an exceptionally long cable, further emphasizing its industrial origins.
The object is in a condition befitting its age and original use, with the industrial character fully preserved. The original finish and construction details contribute to the authenticity of the piece.
This Narva floor lamp makes a powerful statement in an industrial or eclectic interior. The robust design contrasts well with modern elements and adds a piece of tangible history to the space.
