Product description
This three-seater leather sofa was manufactured during the 1960s. The upholstery is crafted from thick, genuine leather in a warm, cognac-colored shade of brown, with visible, subtle tonal transitions and an aged patina. The sofa combines a refined form with the character of an object steeped in history. The leather surface is covered with a natural mesh of fine lines and delicate creases, emphasizing its authenticity and giving the piece a distinctive character. The design is classic yet unconventional: a low, wide silhouette, softly contoured armrests, a split seat, and a high backrest create a form characteristic of fine European vintage design. The sofa's centerpiece is two large, integrated seat cushions. The backrest is subtly reclined and gently rounded, giving the piece a very streamlined, airy shape. Wide, rounded armrests complete the sofa's design. Low, geometric solid wood legs, a hallmark of vintage design, complete the structure. Additionally, they lend the entire structure a lightness that prevents the piece from visually overwhelming the space. Due to its versatile shape, the sofa will fit perfectly into vintage, Scandinavian, and Mid-Century Modern interiors. It also works perfectly in stark industrial or loft interiors as a distinctive, warming accent. This sofa is perfect for interiors where the furniture should be more than just a piece of furniture. It should create atmosphere and attract attention. The sofa is in original vintage condition, with a natural patina and visible signs of age. The leather has natural discoloration, pigment changes, wrinkles, and abrasions that are part of its current character. The seat height is 41 cm. The colors of the products shown in the photos may differ slightly from the actual ones. This is due to individual monitor settings and lighting conditions – the photos were taken in artificial light, which may affect the perception of colors. However, we strive to ensure that the photos reflect the actual appearance of the product as faithfully as possible. The offer may include photos of item in the living space, but these are for illustrative purposes only.
