This wooden Badger figurine was produced in Denmark during the 1960s. It is hand-made from a single piece of wood, with a distinct brushing that brings out the natural structure of the wood and strong grain. The minimalist form with simplified details reflects the character of the animal in a style typical of Danish modernism, which combines simplicity of form with functionality and natural materials.
