Product description
Exceptional vintage design object in sculptural scoop shape with an elegantly curved, hook-shaped handle, presumably made of solid brass.
The organic, minimalist design is reminiscent of modernist brass works from the 1950s. Similar objects are known from the Carl Auböck workshop in Vienna. However, a clear manufacturer attribution is not possible for this piece due to the lack of a signature.
A characterful design object for lovers of Mid-Century Modern, Austrian Modernism, and vintage brass. Versatilely usable as an ashtray, decorative bowl, small bowl, jewelry tray, or collector's item.
