For sale is an exceptional and generously sized swan-shaped magazine rack from the 1970s. The design is attributed to the renowned Parisian design house Maison Jansen and embodies the elegant Hollywood Regency/Mid-Century Modern style. The combination of a curved, chrome-plated metal frame and brass head, neck cuff, and feet is simply stunning. Period: Vintage (circa 1970s) Design: Attributed to Maison Jansen (Paris) Style: Hollywood Regency/Postmodern Material: Chrome & Brass Dimensions (L x H x W): approx. 65 cm x 41.7 cm x 34 cm Condition: Honest vintage condition. The chrome frame is very well preserved. The brass parts show the patina typical of its age, fine surface scratches, and slight traces of oxidation (see detailed photos).
