Product description
Very beautiful vintage wall cabinet. This cabinet, from the 'MTP' series, was designed in 1961 by Marian Grabinski and appeared in the 1962 IKEA catalog. The series was designed by Grabinski as a wedding gift for Ingvar Kamprad, the founder of IKEA. The series is displayed in the IKEA Museum in Älmhult. The cabinet is very versatile. There are various drawers and shelves, but there is also a compartment for LPs. Originally, the cabinet stood on legs, but these have been replaced by a plinth by a previous owner. The cabinet is in good condition. There are minor signs of wear consistent with its age. In the back panel, there are two holes that have been sealed with an oak cover cap, see photos. Dimensions: Width: 110 cm. Depth: 28-40 cm. Height: 162 cm.
