Product description
This is the iconic Louis Poulsen AJ Royal 500, designed by Arne Jacobsen for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen in 1960. Its clean, architectural shape provides a soft and balanced light, making it a timeless statement in any interior. The lamp consists of a system with three upper bulbs that shine light upwards and one bulb that directs light downwards, creating both ambient and functional illumination. This model is still being produced today and the new price is around €1.000. ✦ Details Designer: Arne Jacobsen Producer: Louis Poulsen Model: AJ Royal 500 Style: Danish Modern / Scandinavian Modern Color: White Size: 25 cm (height) – 50 cm (diameter) Material: Metal Condition: Very good vintage condition ✦ Electrical The lamp has been fully checked and has a new cable, canopy, and height adjuster. If you’d like a different cable color or length, just let me know. ✦ Vintage Condition Notice Vintage items often carry a beautiful patina, seen as imperfections by some, but as character and charm by others. Any major damages will be clearly shown in the photos. ✦ Shipping Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely. All shipments are fully insured for added peace of mind.
