Product description
This vintage frosted glass candle holder was designed by Lars-Gunnar Johansson for Lindshammar in Sweden. Its sculptural design captures the essence of Scandinavian mid-century style and is distinguished by its striking, ice-like texture.
Crafted from solid, clear glass, the material reflects and refracts light in a captivating way. The irregular, crystalline shape is reminiscent of natural ice formations and testifies to the masterful craftsmanship of the Swedish glassworks. Its compact dimensions make it a versatile object.
Dimensions:
* Material: solid, clear pressed glass
* Use: candle holder, votive holder, tea light holder, or decorative glass object
* Height: approx. 10 cm
* Width: approx. 10 cm
* Weight: approx. 1.117 kg
* Dating: likely second half of the 20th century
The candle holder is in very good vintage condition. The original clarity of the glass is fully preserved, and its characteristic surface texture remains perfectly visible.
This piece blends seamlessly into modern, minimalist, or Scandinavian-inspired interiors. Whether placed on a sideboard, a coffee table, or as part of a festive arrangement, it adds an elegant, Nordic touch.
