Product description
Original vintage KD28 table lamp, designed by Joe Colombo for Kartell in 1967. A special example of Italian Space Age design from the 1960s.
The lamp has a characteristic black plastic base and a spherical, opal white shade. The combination of geometric shapes and contrasting colors gives this design classic its recognizable futuristic look.
When the lamp is lit, the white shade spreads a pleasant, diffuse light. A real eye-catcher on a sideboard, side table or in an interior with mid-century modern and vintage design.
Joe Colombo is one of the most influential Italian designers of the 1960s. His innovative designs for Kartell are still loved by collectors of original vintage design lighting today.
