Product description
Special heavy vintage art-glass vase presumably from the 1960s. Made of beautiful emerald green glass with very thick walls and a striking square, tapered shape. The organically shaped interior and the thick glass create beautiful distortions and color nuances. This makes the vase not only functional but also a strong sculptural object. A nearly identical piece is offered internationally as “1960s Blenko Style Green Cast Glass Sculptural Vase”. Since this piece has no visible mark or signature, I offer it as Blenko-style / maker unknown. Dimensions: approx. 28 cm high × 16 cm wide × 16 cm deep Material: thick cast glass / art glass Color: emerald green Period: 1960s Style: Mid-Century Modern Condition: very good vintage condition, with light signs of wear appropriate for its age.
