Product description
This vintage Italian design lounge armchair presents a classic wingback silhouette executed in natural woven materials. The piece exemplifies the organic modernism of mid-century Italian furniture production, offering a substantial yet visually light form.
Constructed with a tightly woven wicker frame, the chair features a high back and gently sloping armrests. The natural beige tone of the wicker is complemented by a fitted, tufted cushion in a matching beige textile, providing both seat and back support. The continuous weave extends down to the floor, creating a solid, block-like base that contrasts with the curved upper section.
The armchair remains in good vintage condition, retaining its structural integrity and original character. The wicker shows a natural patina consistent with age, while the textile cushion appears well-maintained.
This lounge chair is well-suited for a sunroom, a relaxed living area, or a bedroom corner. Its organic texture and neutral palette allow it to integrate seamlessly into Scandinavian, bohemian, or coastal-inspired interiors.
