Vintage industrial apothecary cabinet / display cabinet – escape room patina
Robust vintage industrial apothecary cabinet with character. This cabinet comes from an escape room and therefore has a weathered look with extra patina and a few holes, which in my opinion actually contributes to the industrial vibe and the story of the object. Nothing that is disruptive to use or appearance.
The cabinet is of solid quality, heavily constructed, and fitted with original glass. Inside, there is a glass shelf and LED lighting from the escape room setting is present (it works, but can easily be replaced if you want a different atmosphere). You can simply replace the glass shelf, for example.
The bottom handle is missing, but the door does open; it hangs slightly out of plumb, but that can be adjusted. And you can put a different handle on it yourself.
This is the kind of furniture you can leave raw as it is, or restyle/upcycle (for example, a new color, different lighting, or hardware) and thereby immediately increase its value. Perfect as a statement piece for an interior, shop, studio, or hospitality venue. The price is based on the current condition and the fact that this is a perfect restyling or upcycling item, with great potential to further increase its value.
Guide price: €300
