Private sellerProduct description
For the vintage design enthusiast: a beautiful, modular set consisting of two IKEA Rörberg elements, designed by Ulf Quensel around the 2000s. This iconic model is strongly inspired by the Space Age style of the 70s (think of Mario Bellini's famous Amanta sofa). The two elements can be used separately as comfortable chaises/armchairs, or pushed together to form a compact modular 2 seaters. The recognizable white plastic brackets at the bottom give the furniture its unique, retro character. Unique bonus: Includes extra, unused covers! The sofa is currently upholstered in a stylish dark blue/anthracite corduroy fabric. Since these pieces of furniture are now rare, finding replacement upholstery is very difficult. However, this set includes a complete set of brand new, unused spare covers in their original packaging. With these, you can restore the sofa to absolute new condition in an instant! Specifications: • Designer: Ulf Quensel for IKEA (vintage) • Model: Rörberg • Condition: The current covers are in neat, used vintage condition. The extra set of covers is still completely new and unused. • Comfort: The cushions are wonderfully soft and offer great seating comfort. Dimensions (per element): • Width: approx. 84 cm • Depth: approx. 75 cm • Backrest height: approx. 76 cm A unique opportunity for the vintage collector or lover of modern design. The set is sold only as a complete set (including the extra covers).
