Product description
This is the NARR shelving unit system, a vintage design by Richard Clack for IKEA from 1991. This piece of furniture is a characteristic example of postmodern design from the early nineties, characterized by its minimalist and functional aesthetic.
The system is constructed from a chromed metal frame, which provides a sleek and reflective finish. The three levels consist of safety glass shelves, as indicated by the original sticker. This combination of materials creates an open and airy feel, making the object appear to float in space. The design is modular and can be used as a low console or sideboard.
The furniture is in good overall condition, consistent with its age and careful use. The glass plates and chrome frame have retained their original finish and structural integrity, contributing to the authentic character of this vintage piece.
With its clean lines and transparent design, this NARR system fits perfectly into a modern, minimalist, or industrial interior. It can serve as an elegant TV unit, a low bookcase, or a display for decorative objects.
