This rug is a great example of 1970s Pop Art interior. Made in high quality Danish Rya weaving technique by EGE Taeper in Denmark in the 1970s, it is made of 100% wool. It features a Minimalist and psychedelic pattern in a color mix of blue tones. Extraordinary size of 245cm in diameter and a fantastic abstract pattern.
An interesting piece for every modern home in a lovely vintage condition. Would fit well in any home with 1960s-1970s decor or in combination with modern midcentury interior.
This piece is in a fantastic condition, the absolute rarity is original leather label by EGE with is still on the rug.
