The hand-woven Persian Isfahan-style carpet, dating back to the 1940s. Its decorative, exceptionally dense floral composition—characteristic of Isfahan’s urban weaving tradition—is built around a central medallion and unfolds into a rhythmic, almost painterly botanical pattern. While the carpet possesses a distinctly classic Persian character, its refined, muted palette allows it to blend seamlessly into contemporary interiors. It features natural dyes; burgundy reds, deep navy, smoky blue, subdued greens, dusty pinks, ivory, and soft yellows create a multi-layered composition whose colors have acquired a natural, gentle patina over time. The focal point of the field is a large, intricate medallion from which the design appears to radiate outward. Surrounding it is a dense network of winding stems, leaves, flowers, and arabesque forms.
