Product description
Vintage vase in glazed ceramic, from Central Europe. It is a piece of folk pottery from the mid-20th century.
Hand-painted folk ceramics were produced in Central Europe for domestic use and for the decoration of the home.
Elongated in body with a flared mouth, it is glazed in green. A floral band incised and painted in dark brown runs around the body, with a narrower one on the lower part.
The green glaze keeps a strong sheen, with light signs of use.
On a table or a sideboard, it works as a vase and adds color.
