Product description
Here's a distinctive vintage floor lamp designed by Roger Tallon for the German manufacturer Erco, dating back to the 1970s. This piece is a great example of the era's functional and industrial design, defined by its two independently adjustable spotlights.
The lamp features a slim, chrome-plated metal stem set into a weighted black circular base, providing stability. The two spotlights are made of black metal and plastic, featuring a finned heat-sink design and small red knobs for adjusting their angle. Both spots can be moved up and down the central column, allowing you to direct light exactly where it's needed.
This vintage lamp is in a very good, fully working condition, showing a character consistent with its age and history. It has been well-preserved and maintains its original components and finish. It's a functional piece of design history that's ready to be used.
With its versatile and directional lighting, this floor lamp is perfect as a reading light next to an armchair or sofa. It also works well for accentuating artwork or architectural details in a living room or office with an industrial, vintage, or eclectic style.
