Vintage coffee table designed by Kai Kristiansen. The table is better known as the 'Elevator' coffee table due to the special adjusting system which creates a dining table in no time! The table is designed by Kai Kristiansen for Vildbjerg Møbelfabrik, Denmark.
Kai Kristiansen is recognized as one of the most talented Danish designers of the Danish mid-century period. His designs, with their innovative aesthetics and clever practical elements, are highly sought after today by collectors and interior designers alike! For you the chance to have such a design in your home!
The table is in almost perfect condition. The top has been restored as best as possible. Little to no signs of use. All parts work properly. Thus, the table is easily converted to a raised and widened one.
