A beautiful double-sided vintage French school chart, originally intended to teach children to read. This specific poster is part of the famous Méthode Boscher (also known as "La Journée des Tout Petits"), a classic reading method that was used in France for decades starting in the early 20th century. The red and blue print on thick, heavy paper is characteristic of school publications from the mid-century period (c. 1950-1965).
It is an authentic piece of French educational history that was published at the time by renowned educational publishers such as Rossignol, Nathan, or Oge-Hachette, which were the standard for classroom decoration in those years.
