This beautiful vintage ceiling lamp (plafoniere) – which can also be used perfectly as a wall lamp – is an iconic example of Space Age design from the 60s and 70s. The lamp is attributed to the high-quality German manufacturer Doria Leuchten. The glass shade is entirely hand-blown and features the well-known pulegoso / bubble glass structure. The thousands of tiny air bubbles in the thick glass refract the light in a magical way, creating a fantastic, sparkling shadow pattern on your ceiling or wall. With its organic UFO/donut shape and the characteristic point in the middle, this is an absolute eye-catcher in vintage, mid-century modern, or modern interiors. Dimensions: 29 cm diameter and 21 cm high.
