Product description
True 70s design: a shiny chrome cylinder with a brown lacquered dome shade, on a slender chrome rod. The spot slides up and down the rod, is secured with the cream-colored knob, and tilts via the hinge. The brown shade with chrome provides a warm, focused light. This makes it suitable as a desk lamp, reading lamp, or ambient light on a sideboard. It fits well in an interior with teak, rattan, or spacey seventies accents.
• Period: 70s
• Material: chromed metal, brown lacquered metal (shade and base)
• Spot continuously adjustable in height and tiltable
• Push switch on the base
• Height: approx. 47 cm
• Base diameter: approx. 15 cm
• Tested and working (see photos with lamp lit)
Condition:
The lamp shows clear signs of use, consistent with its age:
• Top of the base: superficial scratches and a dark, matte spot in the lacquer between the rod and the switch
• Edge of the base: small paint chips
• Chrome cylinder and hinge bracket: slight dents and spots in the chrome, especially on the bracket
• Shade: lacquer beautifully intact, without dents
