This iconic Togo Armchair by Ligne Roset, designed in 1973 by Michel Ducaroy, is one of the most famous classics of French furniture design.
Its characteristic, low-to-the-ground silhouette, generous pleated upholstery, and entirely foam-based construction make the Togo a timeless design object.
The Armchair has been professionally re-upholstered, with particular emphasis on preserving its original substance. The original foam core is fully intact, retaining the characteristic shape and construction of the design.
All other original components that could be preserved were also deliberately kept. These include, in particular, the original manufacturer's label and the original underside.
Thus, the Armchair combines a renewed cover with its authentic historical substance.
