Product description
For sale:
Beautiful vintage Danish teak secretaire. This elegant piece of furniture combines the practical features of a desk with the storage space of a chest of drawers and is a fine example of Scandinavian design from the 1960s.
The secretaire has three spacious drawers at the bottom and two small drawers in the upper part. In the middle, there is a fold-out writing function with a built-in mirror, which gives the piece a particularly charming and characteristic appearance. The open compartments also offer space for documents, stationery, or decorative objects.
The organically shaped side panels, slender tapered legs, and warm teak color give the furniture an elegant look that is characteristic of the better Danish design from this period. Thanks to its compact size, this secretaire offers surprisingly much functionality without taking up much space.
The furniture is in very neat vintage condition with only light, age-appropriate signs of wear. Due to the combination of storage space, work function, and refined design, this secretaire is a beautiful addition to a living room, bedroom, or study.
