Product description
A beautiful Danish vintage teak sofa/daybed from the Minerva series. Designed by Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen and produced in Denmark by France & Daverkosen. The sofa dates from the early 1960s. The sofa is of sublime quality and is very comfortable thanks to the new thick cushions. The teak frame is beautifully crafted, stands on lovely tapered legs, and features an elegant backrest with a chrome support. The legs and backrest can be unscrewed and disassembled for easy transport, allowing the furniture to be transported almost completely flat. The frame has been fully restored and refinished, and is therefore in excellent condition. The new cushions are upholstered in a new beige-colored, soft wool fabric. The sofa is in excellent condition.
Dimensions are as follows: height 86 cm, width 193 cm, depth 76 cm. Seat height 45 cm.
