Vintage extendable dining table, Denmark, 1970s
Beautiful, elegant dining table. Graceful "octopus" leg, tapered and beautifully organically shaped. Made of solid teak in a beautiful warm hue. The leg is easy to disassemble, making the table transportable in any car.
The table has a solid teak edge with inlaid teak veneer. Beautiful visible wood grain. The table is easily extended using the smooth metal sliding system. The table can be extended with two panels of different widths. Practical if you live in a smaller space and regularly receive guests. Table seats 4-6.
A blanket has always covered the table, and it clearly shows; it looks like new. The pieces are well-stored in leather pouches.
