Product description
Original late 1940s Czechoslovak Modernist étagère / side table in black-painted wood with three open shelves and an inset bevelled glass top. A particularly understated piece with strong Functionalist proportions, slender square legs and traditional period construction. Its original use may have been as an occasional or display table, but its compact dimensions make it ideal today as a side table, bedside table, plant stand or display piece. Good vintage condition with age-related marks and wear to the black finish. The bevelled glass top remains in good usable condition.
