Product description
Sold without lampshade.
Very beautiful large vintage lamp from the 1960s-1970s Le Dauphin France, labeled at the base. Classic Le Dauphin model, Panama Champagne. Earthenware base with cream, ivory crackle glaze, enhanced with gilded rings. Elegant baluster silhouette highlighted by 2 gilded rings. Functional.
The base measures approximately 28cm in height without the socket, for a maximum diameter of 20-22cm. Very good general condition of the earthenware, no cracks or chips, the slightly tinted original crackle blends with the finer, untinted natural crackle, not bothersome, a nice effect. The gilded rings have been re-gilded with ceramic paint, a careful and discreet decorative restoration.
