Vintage rosewood and metal console/side table/TV stand/stereo unit on four legs with multi-directional wheels, circa 1970s. Features:- A rosewood veneer upper shelf with a glossy lacquer finish, which has a beautiful black and gold formica trim, and a lower shelf with a smaller square shaped shelf (made with the same materials and design as the table top), as well as a gold slatted metal stand, on which to place magazines, books, etc. - Black metal legs on brass finish casters, multi-directional and functional. The piece is overall, in very good, original, vintage condition, with some light marks, signs of age and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a nice patina of time, on the table top (see photo with penny for perspective) , trim, bottom shelf (see photos), metal stand, edges, legs and wheels, but nothing that takes away from the cool look or functionality of the piece (see multiple photos.) Please note: all photos taken in natural, outdoor light, so colors may vary depending on the light and the angle from which they are viewed. The design of the table is clean with beautiful lines. Both practical and aesthetically pleasing, it can be used for almost anything: as a side/sofa end table in a living room or den, a TV stand/stereo console, an entry table, a plant table, or simply a piece on which to place other decorative objects, which will complement any given environment.
