About this seller
ProfessionalProduct description
This vintage console is made of solid wood, combining ash and cherry for its robust structure. Its top is made of poplar, highlighting the natural grains and tones of the wood. The table's silhouette is defined by its four classically turned legs, which give it an elegant and timeless presence.
The design of this piece includes a facade adorned with two patinated brass handles and a decorative central keyhole, evoking the appearance of a drawer unit. However, it is a false drawer, a design feature that maintains a clean line while adding a detail of character. The finish allows the authentic texture of the wood to show through, testifying to its history and artisanal craftsmanship.
The general condition of the console is consistent with its age, showing a patina developed over time. The wood has retained its warm hue and structural integrity, making it a solid and functional piece of furniture. The rustic character of the table is accentuated by the imperfections and marks of its previous life.
Thanks to its versatile dimensions, this console will easily find its place in an entryway, a hallway, or a living room. It fits perfectly into rustic, classic, or bohemian interiors, where it can serve as a support for decorative objects, lamps, or plants.
