Product description
This vintage child's chair presents a classic silhouette defined by its natural materials and straightforward construction. The piece is characterised by its woven seat, which adds a tactile dimension to the sturdy wooden frame.
Constructed from solid wood, the chair features a warm brown finish that highlights the natural grain of the material. The seat is intricately woven from a natural fibre, likely a type of rope or rush, providing both durability and a rustic aesthetic. The design incorporates simple, cylindrical stretchers and a ladder-back style backrest, reflecting a traditional approach to furniture making.
The chair remains in good overall condition, retaining its structural integrity and original character. The wood displays a natural patina consistent with age, while the woven seat remains taut and functional.
This piece is well-suited for a child's bedroom or playroom, offering a charming seating option that complements rustic, vintage, or eclectic interior styles. Its compact size and timeless design make it a versatile addition to a family home.
