Product description
This original vintage studio pottery object was designed by Richard Uhlemeyer and produced in his own studio in the 1940s in Hanover, Germany. It is made of very heavy solid stoneware pottery and has a very unique red-brown-green coloring and structure. The bottom is marked with the typical signature of the producer Uhlemeyer, namely horse heads, and a sticker. This is a very rare collector's item from the Uhlemeyer collection. The item has a very sculptural shape and a nice size of 24 cm high.The simple and minimalist design of the 1940s design era.
