About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This vintage salad serving set by Carrol Boyes brings a piece of South African design to the dining table. The set, consisting of a salad fork and spoon, stands out thanks to the characteristic, organically shaped handles typical of this designer's work.
The set is crafted from stainless steel and pewter, resulting in a robust appearance and a pleasant weight in the hand. The spoon and fork have a length of 30 centimeters, a width of 5.5 centimeters, and a depth of 3 centimeters. Both pieces are clearly marked with 'C. Boyes', with the spoon also bearing the addition 'S. Africa'.
This silver-colored salad serving set is in excellent condition. It is a functional work of art that fits perfectly with an atmospherically set table, whether you choose a modern, rustic, or eclectic interior style.
