For the lover of high-end mid-century modern design: a rare and beautifully stylized ceramic figure of a hedgehog (or echidna/porcupine), designed by the legendary master ceramist Aldo Londi for Bitossi Ceramiche (Italy, 1960s). This object is executed in the iconic "Scavo" (excavation) technique. Due to its rough, terracotta-like structure and subtle earthy tones, the sculpture has the look and feel of an ancient archaeological find.
