*All our carpets are cleaned in a professional carpet cleaning facility. The first step in the cleaning process is to thoroughly beat the carpet to remove dust and any mites. The subsequent pre-wash with a pH-neutral soap removes stains. During the main wash, the carpet is thoroughly washed by hand – a special soap protects the fibers and preserves the natural lanolin of the carpet. Initial dewatering is achieved through mechanical pressing and spinning, allowing the carpets to then dry hanging with permanent air circulation.
