Product description
This set of four vintage balloon chairs by Lush & Co dates to the 1960s, representing a distinctive era of mid-century seating design. The chairs feature a striking silhouette defined by a suspended suede seat within a circular frame, offering a relaxed and inviting form.
The construction pairs a black tubular metal frame with a tan suede sling seat, laced to the frame with leather ties. Each chair includes a contrasting green leather cushion for added comfort. The combination of materials and the laced detailing highlight the craftsmanship typical of the period.
The chairs remain in good condition, showing a natural patina consistent with age and use. The suede has developed character over time, and the frames are structurally sound, preserving the original design intent.
These chairs are well-suited for a casual seating area or a mid-century modern interior. Their sculptural form and warm tones make them a versatile addition to a living room or lounge space.
