This vintage Art Deco side table is a characteristic example of early twentieth-century furniture design. The piece combines a robust, geometric design with refined woodworking, resulting in a timeless and functional object.
The table is crafted from wood and displays a striking contrast between the lighter oak base and the dark, contrasting edge at the top. A notable detail is the decorative, profiled edge finish that accentuates the tabletop. The construction rests on two sturdy, rectangular uprights that terminate in transversely placed feet, ensuring stability and an architectural appearance. The natural wood grain is clearly visible and contributes to the authentic look of the furniture.
