Pair of vintage armchairs, originating from 1970s Germany, represents the bold and functional design language of the 70s era. The set features two distinct base variations—a four-star polished chrome swivel base and a tubular chrome sled base.
The shells are made from styrodur, a durable and lightweight material that allowed for the fluid curves characteristic of Space Age design.
The armchairs have been reupholstered in a soft textured fabric featuring a tweed-like weave. The color palette is a harmonious blend of lemon yellow, cream white, and warm beige.
The low-profile silhouette, integrated armrests, and deep seating provide remarkable ergonomic comfort without compromising the sculptural integrity of the pieces.
