About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This vintage serving trolley from the 1980s is a striking example of the glamorous Hollywood Regency style. The design combines a sleek, architectural form with a striking mix of materials, resulting in an elegant piece of furniture that immediately catches the eye.
Roche Bobois style (designer not verified).
The construction consists of a sturdy frame of dark smoked glass, beautifully accented by gold-colored brass connectors. The three spacious levels feature brown smoked glass tops that enhance the transparent and spatial aesthetic of the design. This combination of dark glass and gold details gives the trolley a warm, sophisticated look that is so characteristic of the design movement of that period.
The furniture is in vintage condition and has developed an authentic character over the years, with signs of use consistent with its age. The original finish has been beautifully preserved, with the materials displaying a light, natural patina.
This piece of furniture looks excellent in an eclectic or classic modern interior. It is a stylish addition to a living room or dining room, perfect for displaying a collection of drinks, books, or decorative objects.
