ProfessionalProduct description
The vintage 3-piece wall system with desk by Louis van Teeffelen is a beautiful example of Dutch mid-century design in which elegance and functionality effortlessly reinforce each other. Designed for WéBé, this modular wall system exudes the refined design language of Louis van Teeffelen, with its characteristic light appearance, warm teak shelves, and slender black-lacquered uprights with brass supports. The balanced arrangement consists of five teak shelves that offer ample space for books, ceramics, or home accessories. A generous desk shelf is located at the bottom center, making the wall system not only a stylish eye-catcher but also creating a practical workspace or writing area. Thanks to the modular design, an airy whole is created that adds character without dominating the room. The warm teak forms a beautiful contrast with the black uprights and the refined brass details. The wall system has been professionally inspected and carefully restored in several places. It is in very good condition, with the restorations carried out with respect for the original design. In this way, the authentic appearance is fully preserved. A timeless design that fits effortlessly into both modern and classic interiors and shows why the work of Louis van Teeffelen remains so beloved among vintage design enthusiasts.
