Product description
Beautiful vintage chandelier from the 1970s featuring six hand-blown glass shades by Oberglas Austria. Each shade carries the original “Mundgeblasen – Handarbeit” label, confirming authentic Austrian craftsmanship. The sculptural, ribbon-like glass creates warm reflections and adds a luxurious mid-century aesthetic to any space.
The chandelier is built around a brass-plated central spider frame with six individual hanging cords, allowing the shades to form a dynamic cascading cluster. This model is visually impressive, rare in a 6-light configuration, and perfect for dining rooms, staircases, high ceilings or statement interiors.
Condition
Very good vintage condition with only minor signs of age consistent with its 1970s origin.
All six glass shades are intact, thick, and beautifully clear with no cracks or chips.
Metal parts show light patina.
