Product description
This set of a table lamp and vase was produced by SKA Malmö in Sweden during the 1960s. The objects are characterized by a striking ceramic design with a rich, textured finish and detailed figurative motifs.
Both pieces are crafted from ceramic and feature a deep blue and brown glaze with a speckled texture. The decoration consists of green, relief-applied Aztec scenes. The lamp base features a standard fitting and original wiring, while the vase has an elegant handle. The combination of colors and textures reflects the expressive style of Scandinavian ceramics from this period.
The set is in very good condition, commensurate with its age. The glaze and relief decorations are well preserved, contributing to the authentic character of these vintage objects.
This ceramic set makes a characterful addition to an eclectic or mid-century modern interior. The objects look excellent on a sideboard or side table, where they have a strong visual impact, both functionally and decoratively.
