This is a Villeroy & Boch dinner service from the 1970s, a classic example of European ceramic design from that period. The set stands out due to its warm, deep brown glaze, which is typical of tableware from that era. The set is crafted from ceramic and consists of a coffee pot with lid, a sugar bowl with lid, a milk jug, and six cups and saucers. The exterior is finished in a rich chestnut brown color, while the interior of the cups and jugs features a contrasting cream-colored finish. The service was produced in Luxembourg, as indicated by the stamp on the bottom. One cup has a small chip from the rim. Otherwise, the set is in excellent condition and has retained its original luster. The set is complete. This service fits beautifully into your retro or vintage-inspired interior. It can be shipped carefully packaged, but due to its fragility, pickup is preferred.
