Product description
A set of four 'Trieste' folding chairs, an iconic design by Aldo Jacober for the Italian manufacturer Alberto Bazzani. These chairs are a beautiful example of 1960s Italian design, known for their functionality and minimalist aesthetic. The design is characterized by its clear, geometric lines and clever, space-saving construction.
The chairs are made of solid wood with a dark brown finish that accentuates the natural wood grain. The seat consists of slats, which contributes to the light and airy character of the design. Thanks to the ingenious folding mechanism, the chairs can be stored flat, making them ideal for spaces where flexibility is required. This makes them both practical and stylish.
This set is in good vintage condition, consistent with its age and use. The wood has developed a characteristic patina over the years, which contributes to the authentic appearance of the chairs. The construction is solid and the chairs are fully functional, ready for a new chapter.
The 'Trieste' chairs are versatile. They function excellently as dining chairs in a modern or Mid-Century interior, but can also serve as extra seating that can be easily brought out. Their timeless design fits seamlessly into various living styles, from minimalist to eclectic.
