Rare 1960s Italian Space Age table lamp produced by GCME Pistoia. The lamp features a light brown/beige metal shade, mounted on a square chrome-plated stand with an internal opal glass diffuser for a warm, refined light on a cream base. Condition: Fully functional original parts and wiring. The lamp is in good condition, with some signs of age, consistent with its age. Dimensions: Height is adjustable, from 21 to a maximum of 27 cm. Base has a diameter of 11 cm. Manufacturer: G.C.M.E. was an Italian lighting manufacturer active in the mid-20th century. The company was based in Pistoia, Tuscany.
