Large antique Spanish terracotta tinaja, very large in size and broadly bellied in very good condition. Approximate dimensions: 70 cm height × 80 cm maximum diameter × 60 cm diameter at the opening. The upper part features a continuous frieze of stamped circular motifs under the wide rim. The surface retains a significant old patina, with irregular dark marks and drips that are part of the historical appearance of the piece. In the lower part, there is a tapping hole / old tap or stopper location, characteristic of large utilitarian jars intended for the storage of liquids or foodstuffs.
